Today I visited the liquidation sale of a local photostore. It was nearly sold out, the rest was stored in boxes and shelves. I bought some rolls of film and other small accessoires. When I was about to leave, i noticed this small brown leather pouch in a box and took it out, assuming it would contain a enlarging lens or something similar.
Looking inside, I saw this:
For the sum of 3,– Euro it is mine now.
The serial number suggests a production year of 1935 and the glass is clear and free of scratches; the focusing ring is smooth, same as the aperture ring.
